It is a method that is appropriate for anyone - regardless of age, degree of health or other perceived limitations. Kundalini
Kundalini Yoga, also known as the "Yoga of Awareness" is one of the most ancient forms of yoga which combines practices to help relax & heal your mind, body & spirit. These classes combine physical postures, breathing techniques, mantra & meditation. Kundalini stimulates the nervous, immune and glandular systems, improves strength and flexibility, centers the mind and opens the heart. This sacred science allows us to tap into the vast reservoir of healing energy within our own body. "Wisdom is all within you, knowledge is all within you, strength is all within you. There is nothing you can get from outside. It simply has to be triggered. The science to trigger the best in you is called Kundalini Yoga."
Level 1

Pilates Mat & Yoga
Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. Pilates teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. You will have improved flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain. Pilates is a safe, sensible exercise system that will help you look and feel your very best, and no matter what your age or condition, it will work for you. Pilates elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. This class combines the right amount of Pilates mat work with Yoga to give you a body with balanced strength and flexibility.
Restorative
You will be guided through a series of deeply relaxing poses where your main activity is to relax and let go in a class that can also be called an "organized nap". These poses are designed to reduce stress, tension & fatigue. Restorative yoga focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures, giving the body an opportunity to renew and heal. Props are used to support and comfort your body, open your chest, and gently stretch your hips, back, and neck as you rest in the poses. Restorative Yoga helps to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible for balancing the body and bringing its response system back into equilibrium. You will emerge from this class restored, renewed and refreshed.
Rope Wall
Imagine for example, doing downward dog with your hips being supported from above. It is even possible to be safely inverted on the wall. You will have the opportunity to reach new levels in your practice and advance your poses with the aid of the rope wall. This Iyengar style class is beneficial for both new students as well as for advanced students.
