Community
Community classes are wonderful for students at any level of practice. These classes are offered for a reduced price as our way of giving back to our community. It is a perfect way to fit a class into your busy schedule and you never know what you will find out about yourself in these open classes taught by graduates of our Teacher Training program.
Flow
The Flow classes helps you to create an inner peace while keeping the aches and pains of everyday stress away. Release your stress by concentrating on feeling your energy as you flow from one posture to the next.
Gentle
Our gentlest class offers a slow meditational experience. It includes stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises. It is excellent for beginners, seniors, and people with chronic pain or rehabing from disease or injury.
Iyengar
A system of yoga emphasizing precision alignment and sequence to cultivate a strong and flexible body and a calm peaceful mind.
Kundalini
Combining breath, movement and mantra Kundalini yoga cleanses body, mind/spirit for health happiness and prosperity.
Level 1
Appropriate for beginners and those wanting a slower paced class. Basic postures with a focus on breath and proper alignment will be taught.
Level 1-2
Take your practice to the next level. Invigorating and energetic class detoxifying the entire system this class includes sun salutations, prep poses for backbends, inversions, arm balances building more stamina, strength, flexibility and concentration.
Pilates Mat & Yoga
This class combines yoga and pilates mat work. Ana is a certified Pilates mat instructor and a certified Yoga instructor, the best of both worlds in one class.
Qigong
Through Gigong (gentle movement), breathing, and meditation we can activate our body's natural medicine increasing our endurance, vitality, and longevity. We will be using traditional Chinese techniques that will release our bodies' natural powers for healing.
Restorative
This class will guide you through a series of restorative poses, which are deeply relaxing poses designed to reduce stress, tension, and fatigue. Props are used to support and comfort your body, open your chest, and gently stretch your hips, back, and neck as you rest in the poses. You will emerge from this class restored, renewed, and ready to face the new week.
Rope Wall
Imagine for example, doing downward dog with your hips being supported from above. It is even possible to be safely inverted on the wall. The yoga rope wall is beneficial for both new students as well as for advanced students. Beginners can be taught poses with proper alignment from the start, while veterans can deepen their practice.
Tao Energy Flow
Tao Flow focuses on bringing your awareness to your body through breathing, stretching and meditation, in fun and simple ways. It is a great way to release stress, circulate energy and increase flexibility.
Yin Yoga
Come experience a deeper level of body mind and spirit in this concentrated nd languishing practice. Holding the poses longer allows us to work deeply into areas that we don't access everyday giving us new insights and understanding to our habitual holdings and postural habits. Dive deep and clear the body of tension and resistance and infuse yourself with calm and prana.
